Bill Hefner has been a sporting clays enthusiast, and a member of Rocky Creek for several years. He is a third-generation plumber and has owned his own business for thirty-five years. Bill is a native of Charlotte, and his hobbies include bird hunting, saltwater fishing, and bustin’ clays.
