Joanne has been a member of RCSC since May of 2021. She lives in Tega Cay, SC and retired from National Gypsum Company in 2019 where she was the Director of Program Management. Joanne and David started shooting when their kids started driving and didn’t want to spend their free time with mom and dad. From then, shooting became a big part of their social life. From NE Ohio, they moved south in 1995 and joined Charlotte Rifle and Pistol where they were actively involved with the trap program. After attending a 5-Stand clinic with Bob Taylor and Jerry LeVan, she became hooked. The Eggerts discovered Rocky Creek and decided that sporting clays are the “Cadillac” of clay shooting. Joanne likes to shoot on Wednesdays with Bob Taylor’s group and on Sundays with her best friend Jeff Brown and her daughter Bridgette. When not shooting, Joannes is visiting nursing homes, oncology centers, rehab and hospitals with her beautiful golden retriever, Charlie. She’s actively involved in her church, loves to cook, and help others. We thank Joanne for her continued support!
